Who could be the next Flash? John Wesley Shipp was the last guy to wear the Red Hot suit for the Flash in the early 90’s. In his own character, JWS took the role of Barry Allen. A tragic accident struck him in his laboratory. Aided with help from Star Labs, Barry uses his new ability to fight crime at lighting speed.
But that was back then in the 90’s, what I heard from www.comics2film.com:
Shawn Levy has stepped on board to direct Warner Bros. Pictures' "The Flash" the big-screen adaptation of the DC Comics speedster hero. Levy's decision to get involved in the project is his first move since the successful release of his "Night at the Museum," a $225 million box office smash.
This means that The Flash Movie would actually be in the works.
Now I read also in www.superherohype.com is that rumours have said it to have Ryan Renolds to play the character of Wally West / The Flash.
My thoughts on RR to play this role would be perfect. He could act cocky, Flirty, and Funny just like the original Flash character in the Comics. His got the physique to show also, im sure the ladies would like that.
Ryan Reynolds on The Flash:
Although The Flash has been announced with David Goyer attached to direct, Ryan Reynolds, who has been rumored to play the speedy superhero, still does not know what's going on.ComingSoon.net/SuperheroHype.com caught up with Reynolds at the press day for his new film Smokin' Aces and here's what the jovial and hilarious actor had to say.
"It's a hundred and eight billion dollar movie if they do it. I don't know how that stuff works and I don't really get involved with it. I think if they do it, they're going to see it through the eyes of Wally West and its inanimate world. I can hear people falling asleep while I'm talking about this. I honestly don't know. It's just such a huge undertaking. I'd love to wear a red unitard sometime, but I can do that on my own."
More updates will be unfolded…
