Throughout popular fiction, there have always been superhero storylines and plots that have been so sneakily written that it sometimes just makes you kinda wonder at all the possibilities that might exist if one could just expand on them a little more. One of these quirky twists can be noticed in the Justice League cartoons, and primarily involves her royal highness herself, Diana of Themyscira, playfully fraternizing with our very own son of Gotham.
Who could have thought ?
The Batman and the Wonder Woman actually becoming an item. It's a theme that has been played around in the Justice League cartoons from time to time - one scandalous scene involves the unmasked Bruce Wayne enjoying an evening of romantic dancing with a certain Wonder Women out of uniform, just having a quiet night out of League work.
Certain fans have taken a real liking to it. In fact, some have admired the idea of the Dark Knight and Princess Diana as an item so much that they've taken their admiration onto the net.
