Wonder Woman Movie?

Wonder Woman Movie...How about a Wonder Woman movie guys? Don't you think it's about time DC brings out our true amazonian princess to come out to the movie theatres!?

I'd say at this point, most likely. Seeing that DC has already brought out the two BIG guns in DC (Superman & Batman) , Not to mention plans to work on DC's Justice League Movie and i also heard their in the works for a Flash Movie soon too, so Most likely they would bring out Wonder Woman. Seeing with what Special effects they can do nowadays...I think they might be able to pull off something amazing here for the Greek Godess of Justice.

But for Movie producers, Bringing the Amazon warrior to live wouldn't be their biggest problem, They already got the script, the got the producers for it, now the hardest part is...Who will be taking on the role of Wonder Woman. It's still is a coveted plan in the Movie Business about who's gonna get it..

Whoever got the role of The Princess from a island of Themyscira will once again need to prove herself worthy of such strong role. Joel Silver (The Matrix Production Team) will be taking on the movie. Warner Bros. and Joel Silver's Silver Pictures are "quietly" purchasing a Wonder Woman spec script from newbies Matthew Jennison and Brent Strickland, according to The Hollywood Reporter:

According to the trade paper's sources, the purchase is "a pre-emptive measure" meant to take the script off the market so that the studio can guard against any possible similarities between it and Whedon's version and hence avoid any would-be legal action in the future. And yet, the spec script is said to take place during World War II -- a common setting for the Amazonian princess -- whereas Whedon's is set in the modern world. Hmmm.

The sources add that Silver is not interested in making a period piece with the character, but the folks at Silver Pictures were impressed enough with the Jennison/Strickland script to take this action. So still, the world awaits Whedon's Wonder Woman film (which he is also set to direct). But one can't help but wonder what the hold-up is, and if this latest acquisition is somehow more than what Warner and Silver are making it out to be.

i read somewhere that chloe sullivan from smallville could be wonder woman. As chloe is clark kent's best friend and confidant in smallville and it's the exact same character for wonder woman in justice league. I don't know how they are going to do this as wonder woman is a goddess and chloe sullivan is a mere mortal. But in smallville later episode in season 6, she just discovered that she is also a meteor freak. But however is not showing any signs of power as yet. Perhaps super strength? *shrugs* Plus also they are even thinking to re-incorporate chole sullivan for current superman comics to include chloe sullivan.
